: (1) The association should inspect and monitor the activities of its members as specified and report it to the department and office.
(2) The following details should be included in the report as per sub-section (1):-
(a) Details of the organization or association that has monitored and inspected,
(b) the condition of compliance with this Act, the rules and regulations made under this Act in the organization or association,
(c) condition of service facilities received by members,
(d)  Level of participation of members,
(e) Economic and financial condition of the organization or association and mobilization of funds,
(f) Other provisions as prescribed.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (2), if the association finds any error in the work of any organization or association under its supervision, it may give suggestions or instructions to the related organization or association to correct such error, and it shall be the duty of the related organization or association to comply with such suggestions or instructions.< br> (4) In case of non-compliance with the suggestions or instructions given under sub-section (3), action will be recommended to the registrar or an officer authorized by the registrar.
(5) Subjects related to suggestions or instructions given in accordance with sub-section (3) should also be mentioned in the annual report of the association.
